- Spencer appointed head of interface sub-team
- Made not that a general body email needs to be sent out since we have insufficient members
- Spencer found some links of previous projects that did similar stuff in regards to portable oscilloscopes but all of them are usb powered

- Create not so good Oscilloscope through AVR with ~500kHz bandwidth

- Create Dummy Server (so Interface team does not depend on hardware/firmware team)
