Changed IO voltage for FTDI IC on power board
Changed VCCIO input for FTDI chip on power test board from USB_VCC to
internally generated 3.3V signal. This should have no power effects, but
Kevin suggests that it may make the chip behave a litte bit nicer (not
changing to a different USB port when you reset the board). Also changed
the voltage regulator notations to say that they supply 3.3V, as this is
what I want to supply to all devices connected to the regulators.
In layout, realligned all objects to 50 mil pitch and reorganized in
preparation for real layout. Won't pass DRC right now.
