UART vs. alternate solutions¶

• When we redo the boards, we should switch the AVR-Gumstix connection from UART to SPI

• the gumstix board has a camera interface inbuilt - we'd be using that and not going through the AVR (aka no middleman)
• there are no definite plans regarding a camera, and that should not be focused on at all right now
