Began fixing bugs for Scoutfly fixup.
Made several of the changes listed on wiki page ScoutflyUpdate2011. In
particular:
Removed R4 and connected pin 4 on U$3 directly to VCC.
Connected VREG_EN to VCC with 10 kOhm resistor (new R4).
Changed value of R26 to 100 kOhms.
Changed wire and silkscreen labels for user button 0 to make it user button 2.
These changes (and those to come) mostly address electrical issues found
in the current Scoutfly. A board respin is anticipated after these
changes have been completed.
