1. Agree on Communication Specification
2. Create not so great Oscilloscope through AVR with ~500kHz bandwidth
3. Create WIFI link with AVR
4. Create Interface (Python)
5. Create Dummy Server (so Interface team does not depend on hardware/firmware team)
