Tested rosserial a little with a 328.

It doesn't quite work yet. Writing works, reading has not been tested,
and rosserial acts weirdly inconsistent.

Everything in src/ros_lib was copied from the rosserial_client package
or generated with 'rosrun rosserial_client make_library.py ...'. The
