Design

  • Mechanical
    • Wooden casing which mounts the instruments and 7 servos
    • plastic chain reaches from servos to plastic lasercut fingers
    • solenoid valve conects compressed air to a balloon, which regulates the pressure entering the flutophone
    • pad son the fingers close the holes when rotated into place
  • Electrical
    • pwm for all 7 servos
    • mosfet circuit takes in a signal wire, 5V, 12V, ground, and outputs a power line to a solenoid valve
