Created a new library jabinder.lbr
Added parts for 18650 double battery holder, LT3650 two cell li-ion battery
charger and 2x2 SMT molex headers
Also made schematic for a board that charges batteries that can
be added to the battery holder so tht such circuit is not neccessary on
scoutfly
Also added board file for this circuit, but all it has is parts
