- switched to loop based implementation -- great speedup and no longer destroys CPU (demo?)

- all 15 robots now have working encoders!!!
- big thanks to Cornell for helping us debug them
- problems:
- 2 magnets were not diametric (poles in wrong places)
- alignment issues
- shorts on encoder boards from poor soldering job
- problems:
- BOM collimator
- 3D print - dimensions are a little small, doesn't allow enough for the tolerances of the machine.
- looking into other means of manufacturing, the quantity is a bit high for CNC runs, also fixturing for the part is complicated.
