        • Solid library in the trunk
        • Tutorials for freshman for the first couple of weeks so that they can get started up
          • Lack of structure to give them purpose, don't just leave them hanging
          • Challenges from last year was good
            • Make them more competitive for a challenge
          • Large skill gap, we should close this somehow
            • Stress that we are willing to teach but there may be some min requirements for the real stuff...
              • More structure may help this, but this needs to be fixed
              • More shadowing, or easy personal projects to build their skills
              • Senior membership pairing for mentoring
            • Narrow down goals, don't give huge things that will be way out of scope
        • Documentation needs updating, a lot is out of date
          • Too advanced, go more simple
            • Update all your doxygen documentation for your code and write a unit test for it
        • Fix up at least 15 robots to be ready to go
          • BOM 1.5 <-> BOM 1.0
          • Charging boards, encoders, etc
        • GOAL: simple API, just read and go, don't worry about the details so the speak
        • Use a larger room because this one might not fit everyone
        • Flashdrive for the library, no SVN mess yet...
          • Don't forget to tell them to bring their own
