Pittsburgh Maker Faire Photos

The first Pittsburgh Mini Maker Faire was held on Sunday, October 23, and the Robotics Club was in attendance!

The Maker Faire is an opportunity for builders, hobbyists, and groups to show off their creations. It's also a great interactive learning experience for both kids and adults, including hands-on activities like creating LED badges, jewelry, sewing, and making abacuses.

We brought as many robots as we could! Colony, Scout, RobOrchestra, Quadrotor, and Hylo were all in attendance, and featured live demos! Kids especially seemed to enjoy chasing around the Colony swarm robots while RobOrchestra provided live music.

It was a great time to be a maker! Enjoy the pictures, check out the maker faire site at www.pghmakerfaire.com, and join us next year!
